Unwrap gasketed slide. Place the gasketed slide, gasket-side up in the chamber bottom piece.

 

Apply the microarray, face down

Apply the clamp and screw the knob tight.

Rotate the chamber 360 slowly to wet the walls of the gasket completely and check for stuck bubbles. Tap the chamber on the table to dislodge.

Check that you have a good bubble that rotates freely.

Place into the Hybridization Oven. Make sure that the rotator is balanced to reduce wear on the gear mechanism of the oven.
